Schedule for May 7th, 2010

Here is the proposed Schedule for May 7th, 2010. Please remember that the day is informal, no questions or answers are wrong and participation is important.

8:00 Registration and Breakfast will begin. There will be stations where you will given a lanyard and tag. Then grab a coffee, something to eat and start schmoozing! There will be live streaming for the event at http://bestagenttv.com/15/rebarcampto-live/

8:45 We will have a quick introduction and the “RULES of the day” will be explained and our Sponsors thanked. There will be “White Boards” in the main area where some topics where already be designated. There will be lots of spaces to be filled if you have a burning issue that you want everyone’s take on. Evan Sage is in charge of topic scheduling so feel free to email him in advance at evan@evansage.ca. There will be 5 pods that are designated throughout the Building but because the space is fairly open, we hope that you will try to respect the other groups. There will be one pod in the lower room which will have ongoing Skype sessions with some great off-site facilitators.

9:00- 9:45  The first session will begin and these will all be designated when you arrive that morning as per the questionnaire at http://www.zoomerang.com/Survey/WEB22AF3BTZE3X. Feel free to add your thoughts.

10:00-10:45 After a 15 minute break for coffee, soft drinks or water (they are complimentary for the day), the next seeion will begin on the hour.

11:00-11:45 This will be the last session of the morning.

11:45-1:00 Re/Max Ontario Atlantic  has arranged for lunch for all of us. There are lots of places to relax, have a game of  Billiards or go for a great walk in Liberty Village and take some retail therapy.

1:00-1:45 Session 4

2:00-2:45 Session 5

3:00-3:45 Session 6

The Bar will open at the Academy of Spherical Arts. Feel free to relax but remember it is a cash bar and some of you may be driving home later.
